Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the unused resin, molds, or tools in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact and items are secured to prevent leaks or damage during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided return shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
